When I try to use the StrongFriends Video Recorder w/Music, my music quality decreases significantly. What can I do to fix this?
If you encounter this situation where your music quality is degraded when trying to use the video recorder w/ music, try closing the app and restarting it.
How do I create an exercise, stretch, or yoga position using my own photo or video?
Simply use your phone's camera to take a picture or video as you normally would (or use the StrongFriends video recorder with music). Then go to the exercises library screen and tap the "+" button in the top right of the screen. At the bottom of the next screen, tap the "ADD" box and select the photo or video you want to use. Videos of 15 seconds duration or less work best.
I have turned the set timer off for an exercise but the set timer still shows. Shouldn't that go away?
You will notice that when the set timer is turned on, the button below the set information (weight, reps, distance, etc) will say "START" for a workout that has been assigned to the current day. When you tap this button, the set timer function screen will display.
When the set timer is turned off, that button will say "MARK AS COMPLETE" instead. When you tap this button, that set will be marked as complete and the button will change to say "UNDO MARK AS COMPLETE" but there will be no set timer funtionality.
I have created or downloaded a workout. How do I complete it?
The first thing you will need to do in order to complete a workout is assign it to a day. You can do this by opening up your workout library, tapping the three dots to the right of the workout name, and tapping "Assign to a Day." Choose a day to assign the workout to. Next, either go to that day in the calendar or the "Today's Workouts" sub-library within the workout library. This sub-library can be accessed by clicking the button that looks like 3 horizontal lines with sliders to the left of the "+" button in the top right of the workouts library screen and tapping "Today's Workouts." After the workout has been assigned, open the assigned workout from the calendar or the "Today's Workouts" screen to complete the workout.
I have created or downloaded a workout. How do I share it with a friend or client?
The first thing you will need to do is add the person you wish to share with. You can do this by tapping the settings button in the top right of the home screen. Then tap the "FRIENDS" button and tap the magnifying glass (search) button in the top right of that next screen. Type in the name of the person you would like to share with and check the box next to their name. Tap the "ADD STRONGFRIENDS" button at the bottom of the screen.
Next, open your workout library. Tap on the three dots to the right of the workout name that you wish to share. Tap "Share with StrongFriend(s)." Search for the user you wish to share with and tap on the box to the right of their name. Finally, tap the "SHARE TO STRONGFRIENDS" button at the bottom of the screen to share the workout. That workout will show up in the "Shared With Me" sub-library in their workouts library. They can then assign that workout to a day as described above and complete it.
